80th House District, Rep. Mary Whiteford

80TH HOUST DISTRICT (A portion of Allegan County)

Current representative: The current representative for the 80th House District is Rep. Mary Whiteford (R-Casco Twp.). The district includes the cities of Allegan, Fennville, part of Holland, Otsego, Plainwell, Saugatuck, and part of South Haven, according to the House Republicans. Whiteford and her husband, Kevin, run their own financial planning firm, according to her website. She ran for the House in 2014 but was first elected in a March 2016 election.

She is chair of the House Appropriations Health and Human Services Subcommittee for the 2019-2020 session. She is a member of the Health Policy Committee as well as a member of the Appropriations Committee.
